此Spectroquant® 总氮测试预装试剂盒能够可靠地测定水样中的总氮。总氮是凯氏定氮（有机氮和氨）、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的总和。在测定之前，需要先对样品进行酶解，以将含有机和无机氮的化合物转移到硝酸盐中，然后进一步与可光度分析的化合物反应。
The Spectroquant®预装管测试盒随附预装的16 mm圆形反应皿和所有必需的试剂，以根据所提供的说明书进行分析。
